Organ meats are nutrient and mineral rich foods. Chicken hearts in particular are packed with vitamin B12, iron and zinc and high levels of protein.

Chickens at Grazing Patch Farm love flying to their daily new patch of grass! All day they snap at bugs, flies and forage on fresh grass in addition to their non-GMO diet. They are raised without hormones or antibiotics.

In return, these chickens help build our top soil, increasing carbon capture which feeds more nutrients back to the land and strengthens climate resilience.

They are handled with care from beginning to end. Processors at the provincially inspected abattoir raved about the meat quality, saying: "Your birds look amazing - no bruising, clean, nice size, overall lovely product!"
